Define Names

Avab dialoogi, kus saab anda valitud alale nime.

Vahemiku määramiseks võib kasutada hiirt, samuti võib vahemiku aadressid sisestada käsitsi dialoogi Nimede määramine väljadele.

Selle käsu kasutamiseks...

From the menu bar:

Vali Leht - Nimega vahemikud ja avaldised - Määra

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Insert - Define Name.

Choose Data - Define Name.

On the Insert menu of the Insert tab, choose Define.

From toolbars:

Define Name

On the Name Box of the Formula Bar, insert a name for the selected cells range and press Enter.

Väli Lehe ala valemiribal sisaldab määratud nimega vahemike nimede loendit. Klõps mõnel selle välja nimel tõstab esile vastava vahemiku tabelis. Valemitele või valemite osadele antud nimesid siin ei loetleta.

Nimi

Enter the name of the area for which you want to define a reference or a formula expression. All area names already defined in the spreadsheet are listed in the text field above. If you click a name on the list, the corresponding reference in the document will be shown with a blue frame. If multiple cell ranges belong to the same area name, they are displayed with different colored frames.

The reference of the selected area name is shown here as an absolute value.

Uue viiteala lisamiseks tuleb tuua kursor sellele väljale ja valida hiire abil soovitud ala ükskõik millisel arvutustabeli lehel.

Shrink / Expand

Click the Shrink icon to reduce the dialog to the size of the input field. It is then easier to mark the required reference in the sheet. The icons then automatically convert to the Expand icon. Click it to restore the dialog to its original size.

Dialoog minimeeritakse automaatselt, kui klõpsata hiirega arvutustabelis. Hiire nupu vabastamisel dialoog taastatakse ja hiirega valitud viitevahemik kuvatakse dokumendis sinise raamiga.

Select the scope of the named range or named formula. Document (Global) means the name is valid for the whole document. Any other sheet name selected will restrict the scope of the named range or formula expression to that sheet.

Vahemiku sätted

Allows you to specify the Area type (optional) for the reference.

Võimaldab määrata viidatud ala kohta täiendavaid sätteid.

Trükiala

Defines the area as a print range.

Filter

Defines the selected area to be used in an advanced filter.

Veeru kordamine

Defines the area as a repeating column.

Rea kordamine

Defines the area as a repeating row.

Add

Click the Add button to add a new defined name.
