Uso de las barras de herramientas

Toolbars in LibreOffice can be either docked as part of the main window, or floating as a separate window. By default, the visible toolbars and the ones you open with View – Toolbars are docked, and their positions are locked.

Algunos iconos de las barras de herramientas, como el icono Color de letra, pueden abrir otra barra de herramientas. Pulse en la flecha situada junto al icono para abrir una barra de herramientas que contiene iconos adicionales.

Ahora puede elegir entre pulsar en el icono que desee activar, o bien arrastrar la barra del título de la barra de herramientas mientras mantiene oprimido el botón del ratón.

Contexto de barras de herramientas

Algunas barras de herramientas se abre automáticamente según el contexto. Por ejemplo, si se pulsa en una tabla de un documento de texto, se abre la barra de herramientas Tabla. Si pulsa en un párrafo numerado, se abre la barra de herramientas Numeración y bolos.

Para cerrar una barra de herramientas temporalmente

Click the icon in the toolbar's title bar, or choose Close Toolbar from the context menu. The toolbar will be shown automatically again when the context becomes active again.

Para cerrar una barra de herramientas permanentemente

While the toolbar is visible, choose View – Toolbars and click the name of the toolbar to remove the check mark.

Para mostrar una barra de herramientas cerrada

• Choose View – Toolbars and click the name of the toolbar.

• Choose View – Toolbars – Reset to reset the toolbars to their default context sensitive behavior. Now some toolbars will be shown automatically, dependent on the context.

Para desbloquear una barra de herramientas acoplada

Right-click the toolbar and choose Lock Toolbar Position from the context menu so that it is unchecked. A small vertical handle appears at the start of an unlocked toolbar, which you can use to move the toolbar.

Para bloquear una barra de herramientas acoplada

You can lock the position of a toolbar by choosing Lock Toolbar Position again from the context menu, so that it is checked.

To Make a Toolbar a Floating Toolbar

Click the toolbar handle and drag the toolbar into the document.

To Reattach a Floating Toolbar

• Arrastre la barra de título de la barra de herramientas hasta un borde de la ventana del documento.

• Para volver a fijar una ventana flotante, arrastre y coloque la barra de título de la ventana en un extremo de la ventana del documento. Cuando libere el botón del ratón, el puntero debe estar muy cerca del extremo de la ventana del documento.

• En función de la configuración del gestor de ventanas de su sistema, también puede pulsar dos veces con el ratón en un sitio vacío de la barra de herramientas flotante o ventana mientras mantiene presionada la tecla . O bien, pulse dos veces en la barra de título de la barra flotante o ventana.
