Imprimir

Prints the current document, selection, or the pages that you specify. You can also set the print options for the current document. The printing options can vary according to the printer and the operating system that you use.

El cuadro de diálogo Imprimir consta de tres partes principales: una previsualización con botones de navegación, pestañas con controles específicos del tipo de documento actual y los botones Imprimir, Cancelar y Ayuda.

Previsualización

La previsualización muestra cómo lucirá cada hoja de papel. Puede navegar por todas las hojas a través de los botones ubicados bajo la previsualización.

Turn on or off display of the print preview.

Preview navigation box

Enter the number of page to be shown in the preview in the box or use the arrow buttons to display pages in the preview.

General

En la pestaña General puede encontrar los elementos de control de impresión más importantes. Puede definir qué contenidos del documento va a imprimir. Puede seleccionar la impresora y abrir el cuadro de diálogo Configuración de la impresora.

Impresora

The list box shows the installed printers. Click the printer to use for the current print job.

Estado

Muestra la disponibilidad de la impresora seleccionada.

Propiedades

Opens the Printer Properties dialog. The printer properties vary according to the printer that you select.

Imprime todo el documento.

Páginas

Prints only the pages or slides that you specify in the Pages box.

Selección

Prints only the selected area(s) or object(s) in the current document.

To print a range of pages, use a format like 3-6. To print single pages, use a format like 7;9;11. You can print a combination of page ranges and single pages, by using a format like 3-6;8;10;12.

Include

Select the subset of pages to print. Possible values are:

• Páginas pares:

  Prints only even numbered pages or slides.

• Páginas impares:

  Imprime solamente páginas o diapositivas impares.

• Odd and even pages:

  Imprime el documento en su totalidad.

Caras de papel

Si la impresora es capaz de imprimir en dúplex, será posible elegir entre las posibilidades de imprimir en una sola cara del papel o en ambas.

Número de copias

Enter the number of copies that you want to print.

Collate

Conserva el orden de las páginas del documento original.

Create separated prints jobs for collated output

Check to not rely on the printer to create collated copies but create a print job for each copy instead.

Print in reverse order

Check to print pages in reverse order.

Disposición de páginas

La sección Disposición de página puede utilizarse para ahorrar papel al imprimir varias páginas en una sola hoja. Usted elige la colocación y el tamaño de las páginas de salida en el papel físico.

Modifique la colocación de las páginas que se imprimirán en cada hoja de papel. La previsualización le indica cómo lucirán las hojas impresas finales.

Para determinados tipos de documentos puede elegir imprimir un prospecto.

Tamaño de papel

Set the paper size you would like to use. The preview will show how the document would look on a paper of the given size.

Orientación

Select the orientation of the paper. Possible values are Portrait and Landscape.

Páginas por hoja

Print multiple pages per sheet of paper.

Select how many pages to print per sheet of paper. When the number of pages is set to Custom, then the following settings shows:

Select margin between the printed pages and paper edge.

Select margin between individual pages on each sheet of paper.

Order

Select order in which pages are to be printed.

Draw a border on each page

Check to draw a border around each page.

Select the Brochure option to print the document in brochure format.
