Zooming In and Out in Calc

Zoom allows users to magnify and reduce the screen display. Multiple methods of zooming in and out are available in Calc.

Diríjase al menú Ver ▸ Zum y seleccione el valor de aumento en el submenú que aparece.

Click the plus (or minus) icon on the zoom slider in the status bar. The screen size increases (or decreases) by 10% with each click.

Drag the Zoom slider handle to adjust the magnification factor with the mouse.

Press while rolling the mouse wheel.

El factor de zum mínimo es del 20 %. El máximo es del 400 %.

In addition to the slider plus and minus icons, you can drag the slider handle to manually adjust the zoom factor.

Also, click anywhere on the slider to adjust the zoom factor.

La línea central del control deslizante de zum representa el 100 %.

Choose menu View – Zoom. The predefined options are:

Entire Page: resizes the display to fit the width and height of the page.
Page Width: resizes the display to fit the width of the page, limited to the minimum and maximum zoom factor. The top and bottom edges of the selection may not be visible.
Vista óptima: redimensiona la pantalla para ajustarla a la anchura y altura de las celdas seleccionadas. La ampliación o reducción se limitan a los factores de zum mínimo y máximo. Si solo se selecciona una celda, esta se ampliará al 100 %.
50%, 75%, 100%, 150%, 200%: predefined zoom factors.

Opens the Zoom & View Layout dialog to let you set the zoom factor to display the current document.
