DROP

Drops a specified number of contiguous rows or columns from the start or end of an array.

note

Enter the formula as an array formula. Hint: enter formula using keys Ctrl + Shift + Enter.


Sintaxis

DROP(Array; Rows [; Columns])

Array: the array or range from which to drop rows or columns.

Rows: the number of rows to drop. A negative value drops from the end of the array.

Columns: (optional) the number of columns to drop. A negative value drops from the end of the array.

note

Any of the optional arguments can be omitted. An optional argument requires all preceding separators to be present.
