DokumentInformo

DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Tipo

Lists the available field types.

Tipo	Signifo
Komentoj	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Kreita	Enmetas la aŭtornomon, kaj la daton, aŭ tempon kiam la dokumento estis kreata.
Propra	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Ŝlosilvortoj	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Laste presita	Enmetas la aŭtornomon, kaj la daton, aŭ tempon kiam la dokumento estis laste presata.
Modifita	Enmetas la aŭtornomon, kaj la daton, aŭ tempon de la lasta konservado.
Numero de revizio	Enmetas la versinumeron de la aktuala dokumento.
Temo	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Titolo	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Enmetas la kvanton de tempo uzata por redakti dokumenton.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

Por la kampaj tipoj "Kreita", "Modifita", kaj "Laste prestita", oni povas enmeti la aŭtoron, daton, kaj horon de la rilata operacio.

Formato

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Fiksita enhavo

Enmetas la kampon kiel fiksitan enhavon. Tio signifas ke ne eblas ĝisdatigi la kampon.

Komputiĝas kampoj kun fiksita enhavo nur kiam oni kreas novan dokumenton el ŝablono kiu enhavas tian kampon. Ekzemple, en data kampo kun fiksita enhavo enmetiĝas la dato kiam la dokumento kreiĝas per la ŝablono.
