Options

Sets additional options for your labels or business cards, including text synchronization and printer settings.

To access this command...

From the menu bar:

Choose File - New - Labels - Options tab.

From the tabbed interface:

On the File tab, long click on the New icon, choose Labels - Options tab.

On the application menu (on the right), choose New - Labels - Options tab.

On the File menu of the File tab, choose New - Labels - Options tab.


Entire Page

Creates a full page of labels or business cards.

Single Label

Prints a single label or business card on a page.

Column

Enter the column in which you want to place your single label or business card.

Row

Enter the row in which you want to place your single label or business card.

Synchronize contents

Allows you to edit a single label or business card and updates the contents of the remaining labels or business cards on the page when you click the Synchronize Labels button.

Synchronize Labels

The Synchronize labels button only appears in your document if you have selected the Synchronize contents on the Options tab when you created the labels or business cards.

Copies the contents of the top left label or business card to the remaining labels or business cards on the page.

Printer

Displays the name of the currently selected printer.

Setup

Opens the Printer Setup dialog.

New Document

Creates a new document for editing.
