Hyperlink

Opens a dialog that enables you to edit hyperlinks.

To access this command...

Choose Insert - Hyperlink.

Choose Edit - Hyperlink, when the cursor is placed in a hyperlink.

On Standard bar, click

Hyperlink Dialogue Box

Select the type of hyperlink to be inserted.

Internet

Use the Internet page of the Hyperlink dialogue box to edit hyperlinks with WWW or FTP addresses.

On the Mail page in the Hyperlink dialogue box you can edit hyperlinks for email addresses.

Hyperlinks to any document or targets in documents can be edited using the Document tab from the Hyperlink dialogue box.

Use the New Document tab from the Hyperlink dialogue box to set up a hyperlink to a new document and create the new document simultaneously.

Applies the data to your document.

Closes the dialogue box without saving.

Opens the Help.

Resets the entries in the dialogue box to their original state.
