Bullet options such as type and position are defined in the Bullets and Numbering dialogue box. To open this dialogue box, click the Bullets and Numbering icon on the Text Formatting bar.
In the Web Layout, some numbering/bullet options are not available.
The distance between the text and the left text box and the position of the bullets can be determined in the dialogue box under Format - Paragraph by entering the left indent and the first-line indent.
