Document Theme Colours

Creates a colour theme for the document.

To access this command...

From the menu bar:

Choose Format - Theme and click on Add.

Name

Enter the name of the new theme.

Colours

For each of the theme named colour, select the colour in the colour drop-down list.

Theme colours consist of a set of twelve base colours, each with five internally calculated variations. These colours are defined solely by their RGB values, and saved to the document file. An object’s colour can be assigned by referencing a colour from the Theme colours set, either by keyword or index, depending on the context. The base colour names are

Dark 1, Light 1, Dark 2, Light 2,
Accent 1, Accent 2, Accent 3, Accent 4, Accent 5, Accent 6,
Hyperlink, FollowedHyperlink

Applied user defined theme is saved only in the document. To make it usable for other documents, use themes in document templates.
