ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་གྱིས་ཁྱོད་ལུ་ ཡིག་ཆ་རྐྱང་པ་ཅིག་ནང་གི་ དམིགས་བསལ་ཚིག་ཡིག་གི་བར་ལམ་ཚུ་དང་དངོས་པོ་ཚུ་ལུ་མཆོང་བཅུགཔ་ཨིན། ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་ཅིག་གི་ནང་ལུ་ དམིག་གཏད་དང་གཞི་བསྟུན་ ཡིག་ཆ་ནང་ལུ་ ས་སྒོ་ སྦེ་བཙུགས་ཡོད་མི་འདི་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན།

འགོ་བརྗོད་དང་དེབ་རྟགས་ཚུ་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་འབད་མི་དངོས་པོ་ཚུ་ དམིགས་གཏད་སྦེ་ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་བཏུབ།

ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་འབད་ནིའི་ཚིག་ཡིག

ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་ཅིག་མ་བཙུགས་པའི་ཧེ་མ་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ ཁྱོད་རའི་ཚིག་ཡིག་དམིགས་གཏད་འདི་གསལ་བཀོད་འབད་དགོ།

དམིགས་གཏད་ཅིག་བཙུགས་ནིའི་དོན་ལས་:

1. ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་གྱི་དོན་ལུ་ དམིགས་གཏད་འབད་ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་ནི་ཨིན་མི་ ཚིག་ཡིག་འདི་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད།

2. བཙུགས་ - ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་གདམ་ཁ་རྐྱབས།

3. In the Type list, select “Set Reference”.

4. དམིགས་གཏད་ཀྱི་དོན་ལུ་མིང་ཅིག་ མིང་ སྒྲོམ་ནང་ཡིག་དཔར་རྐྱབས། སེལ་འཐུ་འབད་ཡོད་པའི་ཚིག་ཡིག་འདི་ གནས་གོང་ སྒྲོམ་ནངལུ་བཀྲམ་སྟོན་འབད་ཡོད།

5. Click Insert. The name of the target is added to the Selection list.

ཌའི་ལོག་འདི་ཁ་ཕྱེ་བཞག་ཞིནམ་ལས་ དབྱེ་ཚན་ཤུལ་མམ་ལུ་འཕྲོ་མཐུད།

དམིགས་གཏད་ཅིག་ལུ་ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་ཅིག་གསར་བསྐྲུན་འབད་ནིའི་དོན་ལས་:

1. Position the cursor in the text where you want to insert a cross-reference.

2. Choose Insert - Cross-reference to open the dialog, if it is not open already.

3. དབྱེ་བ་ ཐོ་ཡིག་ནང་ལུ་ "Insert Reference" སེལ་འཐུ་འབད།

4. སེལ་འཐུ་འབད་ནིའི་ ཐོ་ཡིག་འདི་ནང་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་འབད་ནི་ཨིན་མི་ དམིགས་གཏད་འདི་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད།

5. In the Refer using list, select the format for the cross-reference. The format specifies the type of information that is displayed as the cross-reference. For example, "Reference" inserts the target text, and "Page" inserts the page number where the target is located. For footnotes the footnote number is inserted.

ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་དཔེར་ན་ ཚད་རིས་ འབྲི་ནིའི་དངོས་པོ་ ཨོ་ཨེལ་ཨི་དངོས་པོ་ དང་ཐིག་ཁྲམ་བཟུམ་ཚུ་ལུ་ འགོ་བརྗོད་ཡོད་རིང་ ཁྱོད་རའི་ཡིག་ཆ་ནང་གི་དངོས་པོ་མང་ཤོས་ལུ་ ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་འབད་བཏུབ། འོག་བརྗོད་ཅིག་དངོས་པོ་ལུ་ཁ་སྐོང་རྐྱབས་ནིའི་དོན་ལས་ དངོས་པོ་འདི་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད་ དེ་ལས་ བཙུགས་ - འགོ་བརྗོད་གདམ་ཁ་རྐྱབས།

1. ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་འདི་བཙུགས་དགོ་མནོ་སའི་ ཡིག་ཆ་འདི་ནང་ཨེབ་གཏང་།

2. བཙུགས་ - ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་གདམ་ཁ་རྐྱབས།

3. དབྱེ་བའི་ ཐོ་ཡིག་ནང་ལུ་ དངོས་པོ་འདི་གི་འགོ་བརྗོད་དབྱེ་རིམ་འདི་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད།

4. སེལ་འཐུ་འབད་ནིའི་ ཐོ་ཡིག་ནང་ལུ་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཕན་ཚུན་གཞི་བསྟུན་འབད་ནི་ཨིན་མི་ དངོས་པོ་འདི་གི་འགོ་བརྗོད་ཨང་འདི་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད།

5. In the Refer using list, select the format of the cross-reference. The format specifies the type of information that is displayed as the cross-reference. For example, "Reference" inserts the caption category and caption text of the object.
