Before you can insert chapter information into a header or footer, you must first set the chapter numbering options for the paragraph style that you want to use for chapter titles.

ལེའུ་གི་མགོ་མིང་ཚུ་གི་དོན་ལུ་དོན་མཚམས་བཟོ་རྣམ་ཅིག་གསར་བསྐྲུན་འབད་ནིའི་དོན་ལས་:

1. Choose Tools - Chapter Numbering.

2. བཟོ་རྣམ་ སྒྲོམ་ནང་ལུ་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ལེའུ་གི་མགོ་མིང་ཚུ་གི་དོན་ལུ་ ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་དགོ་མནོ་མི་ དོན་མཚམས་བཟོ་རྣམ་འདི་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད དཔེར་ན་ "Heading 1".

3. Select the numbering scheme for the chapter titles in the Number box, for example, "1,2,3...".

4. Type "Chapter" followed by a space in the Before box.

5. Enter a space in the After box.

1. ཁྱོད་རའི་ཡིག་ཆ་ནང་ལུ་ ལེའུ་གི་མགོ་རྒྱན་འདི་ལུ་ལེའུ་གི་མགོ་མིང་གི་དོན་ལུ་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ངེས་འཛིན་འབད་མི་དོན་མཚམས་ཀྱི་བཟོ་རྣམ་འདི་འཇུག་སྤྱོད་འབད།

2. Choose Insert - Header and Footer - Header or Insert - Header and Footer - Footer, and then select the page style for the current page from the submenu.

3. མགོ་ཡིག་ཡང་ན་མཇུག་ཡིག་དེ་ནང་ཨེབ་གཏང་།

4. Choose Insert - Field - More Fields and click the Document tab.

5. Click "Chapter" in the Type list and "Chapter number and name" in the Format list.

6. བཙུགས་ ཨེབ་གཏང་ དེ་ལས་ ཁ་བསྡམས་ཨེབ་གཏང་།
