Zooming In and Out in Calc

Zoom allows users to magnify and reduce the screen display. Multiple methods of zooming in and out are available in Calc.

Choose menu View - Zoom, and select the magnification value in the submenu.

Click the plus (or minus) icon on the zoom slider in the status bar. The screen size increases (or decreases) by 10% with each click.

Drag the Zoom slider handle to adjust the magnification factor with the mouse.

Press while rolling the mouse wheel.

El factor d'escala mínim és del 20%. El màxim és del 400%.

In addition to the slider plus and minus icons, you can drag the slider handle to manually adjust the zoom factor.

Also, click anywhere on the slider to adjust the zoom factor.

La línia central del control lliscant de l'escala representa el 100%.

Choose menu View – Zoom. The predefined options are:

Entire Page: resizes the display to fit the width and height of the page.
Page Width: resizes the display to fit the width of the page, limited to the minimum and maximum zoom factor. The top and bottom edges of the selection may not be visible.
Visualització òptima: redimensiona la pantalla per a ajustar-la a l'amplada i alçada de les cel·les seleccionades. L'ampliació o la reducció es limiten als factors d'ampliació mínims i màxims. Si només se selecciona una cel·la, s'ampliarà al 100%.
50%, 75%, 100%, 150%, 200%: predefined zoom factors.

Opens the Zoom & View Layout dialog to let you set the zoom factor to display the current document.
