DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Tipus

Enumera els tipus de camp disponibles.

Tipus	Significat
Comentaris	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Creat	Insereix el nom de l'autor i la data, o l'hora en què es va crear el document.
Personalitzat	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Paraules clau	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Imprés per última vegada	Insereix el nom de l'autor, i la data o l'hora en què el document es va imprimir per última vegada.
Modificat	Insereix el nom de l'autor, i la data o l'hora de l'última vegada que es va guardar.
Número de revisió	Insereix el número de versió del document actual.
Assumpte	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Títol	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Insereix la quantitat de temps que s'ha invertit en l'edició del document.

Mostra quina informació es pot inserir per a un tipus de camp seleccionat.

Per als tipus de camp "Creat", "Modificat" i "Imprés per última vegada", podeu incloure l'autor, la data i l'hora de l'operació corresponent.

Format

Si un camp mostra una data, una hora o un nombre, és possible fer servir el Format per a personalitzar-ne l'aspecte. Els formats més comuns són a la finestra Format, però podeu definir un format personalitzat si feu clic a «Formats addicionals».

Quan feu clic a "Formats addicionals" s'obri el diàleg Format numèric on podeu definir un format personalitzat.

Contingut fix

Insereix el camp com a contingut estàtic, és a dir, que no es pot actualitzar.

Els camps amb un contingut fix només s'avaluen quan creeu un document nou a partir d'una plantilla que conté un camp de contingut fix. Per exemple, un camp de data amb contingut fix insereix la data en què es va crear un document nou a partir de la plantilla.
