Comandament a distància per a les presentacions. Guia d'ús de la telecomanda de l'Impress

La telecomanda del LibreOffice Impress és una aplicació de codi obert disponible per als sistemes operatius Android i iOS, que vos permet manipular les presentacions de diapositives del LibreOffice Impress mitjançant el mòbil.

La telecomanda de l'Impress mostra les miniatures de les diapositives a la pantalla de l'aparell amb les notes corresponents a sota. Lligueu el dit a la pantalla per a anar cap avant o cap arrere en la presentació. També podeu mostrar un mosaic de diapositives per a saltar directament a la pantalla desitjada, per a una dinàmica de presentació més senzilla.

La connexió entre l'ordinador que executa la presentació del LibreOffice Impress i el dispositiu mòbil s'efectua mitjançant el Bluetooth o la xarxa.

Funcionalitats de la telecomanda de l'Impress

La telecomanda de l'Impress és una aplicació molt útil que vos permet controlar les diapositives a una distància de l'ordinador permetent-vos caminar mentre feu la presentació. Les seues funcionalitats principals són:

• Controleu la presentació amb gestos del dit i tocs a la pantalla del dispositiu mòbil.

• Les animacions dels objectes de les diapositives s'activen amb tocs a la pantalla del mòbil.

• Slide previews: the presentation slides can be previewed in the mobile device when both the computer and device are connected.

• Notes de l'orador: hi ha una secció exclusiva de notes de l'orador a sota de les diapositives a l'aparell on es mostren totes les notes de les diapositives.

• Temporitzador: defineix el temps en què es mostra una diapositiva per a les presentacions automàtiques.

• Visual pointer: display a “laser pointer” on the computer screen, controlled by your finger’s position on the slide thumbnail on the mobile device.

Requisits:

Ordinador:

• GNU/Linux, Windows o macOS.

• Connectivitat Bluetooth o de xarxa.

• LibreOffice, versió 4.1 o més recent.

Dispositiu mòbil:

• Un telèfon o una tauleta amb l'Android 2.3 o més recent o l'iOS, amb connectivitat Bluetooth o de xarxa.

• Impress Remote application installed in the mobile device.

Downloading and Installing Impress Remote in Your Mobile Device

Baixeu la telecomanda de l'Impress de la Google Play Store o de l'Apple Store cercant «Impress Remote» al quadre de cerca. Assegureu-vos que als resultats hi siga l'aplicació de The Document Foundation (TDF). Instal·leu la telecomanda de l'Impress al dispositiu mòbil seguint el mateix procediment d'instal·lació d'altres aplicacions mòbils.

Impress Remote Settings

With Impress Remote enabled in the mobile device and in the Computer page, access the Setting page by tapping the right corner of the screen. The following settings are available:

• Volume key actions: check to enable the device’s volume keys to go forward when pressing the volume-up button and move backward when pressing the volume-down button.

• Manté la pantalla activa: marqueu aquesta casella per a evitar que la pantalla es desengegui automàticament i el dispositiu es bloqui mentre s'utilitza la telecomanda de l'Impress.

• Quiet mode: put the device in silent mode to avoid audio notifications of incoming calls or other messages. This setting does not affect the vibration mode you may have previously set.

Connexió de l'ordinador amb el dispositiu mòbil

Enable Bluetooth on both the device and the computer and pair them. Refer to the instructions manuals of your device and your computer operating system to know how to enable Bluetooth, set up a Bluetooth identifier and pair devices. Once the pairing is established, the mobile device is ready to control the presentation.

Una altra possibilitat és realitzar la connexió a travès d'una xarxa (incloent-hi el Wi-Fi). En aquest cas, l'ordinador i el dispositiu han de connectar-se a la mateixa xarxa.

Activació de la telecomanda de l'Impress al LibreOffice Impress

Per a executar una presentació de diapositives de l'Impress, heu de permetre que el dispositiu mòbil controli l'Impress. Continueu de la manera següent:

1. Obriu el LibreOffice Impress.

2. Go to Tools – Options – LibreOffice Impress – General. You should see the screen depicted in the figure below.

3. A les opcions de presentació seleccioneu la casella de selecció Activa la telecomanda i feu clic a D'acord.

Tanqueu el LibreOffice Impress i torneu a obrir-lo.

Controlling the slideshow:

1. Make sure both device and computer are already paired via Bluetooth or network connection.

2. Open the presentation you want to show in LibreOffice Impress.

3. Open the Impress Remote application on the mobile device and select the Bluetooth ID of the computer.

4. Once you clicked on the computer’s name, it will automatically load the presentation slides on the Impress Remote with the notes section.

5. Flick your finger left or right on the mobile screen to change the slides. Slide notes are in the bottom part of the mobile screen.

6. Optionally, set the timer for defining each slide’s display time from the mobile application.

7. The slides can also be changed with the volume keys on the mobile device. To enable it, open the settings and enable volume key actions in the Impress Remote.
