Utilització del Navegador de filtres

Per connectar diferents condicions de filtre amb el booleà OR, feu clic a la icona Navegador de filtres a la barra de filtres. Apareix la finestra Navegador de filtres.

Les condicions del filtre que s'han establit apareixen al Navegador de filtres . Tan prompte com s'estableix un filtre veureu una entrada en blanc a la part inferior del Navegador de filtres . Podeu seleccionar aquesta entrada fent clic a la paraula "Or". Un cop hàgeu seleccionat l'entrada de filtre en blanc podreu introduir condicions addicionals de filtratge en el formulari. Aquestes condicions estan enllaçades per Booleà o a les condicions prèviament definides.

The context menu can be called for each entry in the Filter navigator. You can edit the filter conditions in this area directly as text. If you wish to check if a field has content or no content, you can select the filter conditions "empty" (SQL:"Is Null") or "not empty" (SQL: "Is not Null"). It is also possible to delete the entry by using the context menu.

Podeu moure les condicions de filtre al Navegador de filtres arrossegant-les i deixant-les anar, o amb les tecles +Alt+fletxa amunt o bé +Alt+fletxa avall. Per copiar les condicions de filtre, arrossegueu-les mentre manteniu premuda la tecla .

While designing your form, you can set the "Filter proposal" property for each text box in the Data tab of the corresponding Properties dialog. In subsequent searches in the filter mode, you can select from all information contained in these fields. The field content can then be selected using the AutoComplete function. Note, however, that this function requires a greater amount of memory space and time, especially when used in large databases and should therefore be used sparingly.
