O Poljima

Polja se koristi za podatke koji se mijenjaju u dokumentu, kao što je tekuci datum ili ukupan broj stranica u dokumentu.

Pregled Polja

Fields consist of a field name and the field content. To switch the field display between the field name or the field content, choose View - Field Names.

To display or hide field highlighting in a document, choose View - Field Shadings. To permanently disable this feature, choose - LibreOffice - Application Colors, and clear the check box in front of Field shadings.

To change the color of field shadings, choose - LibreOffice - Application Colors, locate the Field shadings option, and then select a different color in the Color setting box.

Osobine Polja

Vecina vrste polja u dokumentu, ukljucujuci i bazu podataka polja, pohranjivanje i prikaz vrijednosti varijabli.

Sljedece vrste polja izvršavaju akciju kada kliknete na polje:

Vrsta polja	Osobine
Cinovnik	Opens a dialog to insert the object corresponding to the placeholder, except for text placeholders. For text placeholders, click on the placeholder and type over it.
Unesite Referencu	Pomice pokazivac miša na referencu.
Pokreni makro	Pokretanje makroa.
Polje za unos	Otvara se dijalog box za uredivanje sadržaja polja.

Ažuriranje Polja

Za ažuriranje svih polja u dokumentu, pritisnite F9 ili odaberite Izmijeni - Select All, a zatim pritisnite tipku F9.

Da biste ažurirali polje koje je umetnuto iz baze podataka, odaberite polje, a zatim pritisnite tipku F9.
