ཡིག་ཚགས་ཆ་འཕྲིན་

DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

རིགས།

Lists the available field types.

རིགས།	གོ་དོན།
ནང་དོན།	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
འཛུགས་པ།	རྩོམ་པ་པོ་མིང་དང་དེ་བཞིན་ཡིག་ཚགས་གསར་བསྐྲུན་གྱི་ཚེ་གྲངས་སམ་དུས་ཚོད་བསྒརའཛུད་བྱེད་དགོས།
Custom	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
འགག་གནད་ཚིག	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
གོང་གི་གཏག་པར།	རྩོམ་པ་པོའི་མིང་དེ་བཞིན་མཐའ་མཇུག་གི་གཏག་པར་ཡིག་ཚགས་དེའི་་ཚེ་གྲངས་སམ་དུས་ཚོད་བསྒརའཛུད་བྱེད།
བཟོ་བཅོས།	རྩོམ་པ་པོའི་མིང་དེ་བཞིན་ཉེ་ཆར་ཉར་ཚགས་ཤིག་བྱས་པའི་ཚེ་གྲངས་སམ་དུས་ཚོད་བསྒརའཛུད་བྱེད།
Revision number	མིག་སྔའི་ཡིག་ཚགས་ཀྱི་པར་གཞིའི་ཨང་བསྒརའཛུད་བྱེད།
གཙོ་དོན།	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
ཁ་བྱང་།	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	ཡིག་ཚགས་རྩོམ་སྒྲིག་གི་བེད་སྤྱོད་པའི་དུས་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཚད་བསྒརའཛུད་བྱེད།

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

བདམས་པ།

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

"འཛུགས་པ་"、"བཟོ་བཅོས་"དང་"གོང་གི་པར་ཐེངས་"ས་ཁོངས་རིགས་ ལ་མཚོན་ན་དེ་ཁྲོད་བཀོལ་སྤྱོད་ལག་བསྟར་གྱི་རྩོམ་པ་པོ་དང་ཚེ་གྲངས་དང་དུས་ཚོད་བཅས་ཚུད་ཆོག་ལ་རེད།

འདེམས་ངེས་ཁོངས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གཞར་ཉེར་སྤྱོད་བྱེད་རྒྱུ་ལ་རྐྱང་རྡེབ་བྱེད་འམ "རྣམ་གཞག་གཞན་..."ལ་རྐྱང་རྡེབ་བྱེད་པས་མཚན་འཇོག་རང་མཚན་འཇོག་རྣམ་གཞག་ཏུ་མཚན་འཇོག་བྱས་ཆོག།

རྣམ་བཞག

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

རྒྱས་བཅད་ནང་དོན།

ཁོངས་འདི་གཞི་རྣམ་ནང་དོན་དུ་རྩིས་ནས་བསྒརའཛུད་བྱེད་ དེ་ཡང་ཁོངས་གསར་བཅོས་བྱེད་དགོས།

རྒྱས་བཅད་ནང་དོན་ཁོངས་ཚུད་པའི་མ་པང་ཡིག་ཚགས་གསར་པ་གསར་འཛུགས་བྱེད་པའི་སྐབས་ཁོངས་དེ་རྣམ་གཞི་ནས་རྩིས་རྒྱག་བྱེད།དཔེར་ན་ རྒྱས་བཅད་ནང་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཚེ་གྲངས་ཁོངས་དེ་མ་པང་ནས་གསར་འཛུགས་བྱས་པའི་ཡིག་ཚགས་གསར་པའི་ཚེ་གྲངས་སུ་བསྒརའཛུད་བྱེད།
