2. གཞན་ཉར་རིགས་རེའུ་འགོད་སྒྲོམ་ནང་ དགོས་ངེས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གཞག་འདེམས།

3. ཡིག་ཆའི་མིང་སྒྲོམ་ནང་མིང་ཞིག་འཇུག་པ་མ་ཟད་ཉར་ཚགས་རྐྱང་རྡེབ་བྱེད།

If you want the file dialogs to offer another file format as default, select that format in - Load/Save - General in the Default file format area.
