ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་འདྲེན་རྟགས་རྐྱང་པ་བེད་སྤྱད་ནས་ Rem འགག་གནད་ཚིག་ཚབ་བྱེད་ཆོག་ ཡི་གེ་ཕྲེང་གཅིག་མཆན་འགྲེལ་ལ་གཏན་འཁེལ་བྱ། མཚོན་རྟགས་འདི་བྱ་རིམ་ཚབ་ཨང་གི་གཡས་ངོས་སུ་ཐད་ཀར་བསྒར་འཛུད་བྱས་ཆོག། མཚོན་རྟགས་རྗེས་ཀྱི་ནང་དོན་ནི་མཆན་འགྲེལ་ཡིན།
