ইনডেক্স ভুক্তি সম্পাদনা করুন

নির্বাচিত সূচী ভুক্তি সম্পাদনা করা হয়। সূচী ভুক্তির নিকটে ক্লিক করুন, এবং এরপর এই কমান্ডটি নির্বাচন করুন।

To insert an index entry, select a word in the document, and then choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Index Entry.

নির্বাচন

নির্বাচিত ইনডেক্স ভুক্তি সম্পাদনা করা হয়।

সূচী

Displays the type of index that the selected entry belongs to. You cannot change the index type of an index entry in this dialog. Instead, you must delete the index entry from the document, and then insert it again in a different index type.

ভুক্তি

যদি প্রয়োজন হয় সূচী এন্ট্রি সম্পাদনা করুন। যখন আপনি সূচী এন্ট্রি সম্পাদনা করবেন,নতুন পাঠ্য শুধউমাত্র সূচীতে আবির্ভূত হবে, এবং নথির সূচী এন্ট্রি নোঙ্গরে নয়। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, আপনি মন্তব্য সহ একটি সূচী সন্নিবেশ করাতে পারেন যেমন "মৌলিক, সাধারণ ও দেখুন"।

বহুস্তর বিশিষ্ট সূচী তৈরি করতে, প্রথম সূচী স্তর ভুক্তির নাম লিখুন, বা তালিকা থেকে একটি নাম নির্বাচন করুন। বর্তমান সূচী ভুক্তি এই নামের নিচে যোগ হবে।

দ্বিতীয় কী

দ্বিতীয় সূচী স্তর ভুক্তির নাম লিখুন, বা তালিকা থেকে একটি নাম নির্বাচন করুন। বর্তমান সূচী ভুক্তি এই নামের নিচে যোগ হবে।

স্তর

Changes the outline level of a table of contents entry.

মুছে ফেলুন

ইনডেক্স থেকে নির্বাচিত ভুক্তি মুছে ফেলুন। নথির ভুক্তি পাঠ্য মুছে ফেলা যাবে না।

প্রান্ত তীর থেকে বামে

Jumps to the first index entry of the same type in the document.

প্রান্ত তীর থেকে ডানে

Jumps to the last index entry of the same type in the document.

তীর থেকে বামে

Jumps to the previous index entry of the same type in the document.

ডানে যেতে অনুমোদন করা হবে

Jumps to the next index entry of the same type in the document.
