Variables

Variable fields let you add dynamic content to your document. For example, you can use a variable to reset the page numbering.

Triba

Lists the available field types.

Triba	Descripción
Configurar variable	Defines a variable and its value. You can change the value of a variable by clicking in front of the variable field, and then choosing Edit - Field.
Amosar variable	Inserts the current value of the variable that you click in the Select list.
campu DDE	Inxerta un enllaz DDE nel documentu que pue anovar cola frecuencia que deseye por aciu el nome asignáu.
Inxertar fórmula	Inxerta un númberu fixu o la resultancia d'una fórmula.
Campu d'entrada	Inxerta un nuevu valor pa una variable o un Campu del usuariu. El valor d'una variable nun campu d'Entrada namái ye válidu dende onde s'inxerte'l campu palantre. Pa camudar el valor de la variable darréu nesi documentu, inxerte otru campu d'Entrada del mesmu nome pero con un valor distintu. Sicasí, el valor del Campu del usuariu camudar na so totalidá. The variables are displayed in the Select field. When you click the Insert button, the dialog Review Fields appears, where you can enter the new value or additional text as a remark.
Intervalu numbéricu	Inserts automatic numbering for tables, graphics, or frames.
Definir variables de páxines	Inxerta un puntu de referencia nel documentu, dempués del cual vuelve empezar el conteo de les páxines. Escueya "activar" p'aplicar el puntu de referencia y "desactivar" pa encaboxalo. Tamién pue escribir un desplazamientu pa empecipiar el conteo de la páxina nun númberu distintu.
Show page variable	Amuesa'l númberu de páxines dende'l puntu de referencia «Afitar variable de páxina» hasta esti campu.
Campu del usuariu	Inxerta una variable xeneral personalizada. Pue usar el Campu del usuariu pa definir la variable de la instrucción d'una condición. Cuando camude un Campu del usuariu anovaránse toles instancies de la variable nel documentu.

Select

Lists the available fields for the field type selected in the Type list. To insert a field, click the field, and then click Insert.

To quickly insert a field from the Select list, hold down and double-click the field.

Formatu

Si un campu amuesa una data, una hora o un númberu, pues utilizar Formatu pa personalizar l'apariencia del datu. Los formatos más habituales amuésense na ventana Formatu, y pues calcar «Formatos adicionales» pa definir unu personalizáu.

Nome

Type the name of the user-defined field that you want to create. Esta opción ta disponible pa les tribes de campu «Definir variable», «Campu DDE», «Intervalu numbéricu» y «Campu d'usuariu».

Los campos definíos pol usuariu namái tán disponibles nel documentu actual.

Valor

Enter the contents that you want to add to a user-defined field.

Na llista Formatu defina si deseya'l valor como testu o como númberu.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Nun documentu HTML pue disponer de dos campos adicionales pal tipu de campu "Establecer variable": HTML_ON y HTML_OFF. El testu qu'escriba nel cuadru Valor va convertir nuna etiqueta d'apertura HTML (<value>) o nuna etiqueta de zarru HTML (</value>) cuando el ficheru guardar como documentu HTML, según la opción qu'escueya.

DDE Statement

La sintaxis xeneral d'un comandu DDE ye: "<Server> <Topic> <Item>", onde Server ye'l nome DDE pa l'aplicación que contién los datos. Topic fai referencia al allugamientu del Elementu (de normal el nome del ficheru) ya Item representa al propiu oxetu.

Escriba'l valor de desplazamientu que deseya aplicar a un campu de númberu de páxina, por exemplu "+1".

This option is only available if the "Set page variable" field type is selected.

Invisible

Hides the field contents in the document. The field is inserted as a thin gray mark in the document. This option is only available for the "Set Variable" and "User Field" field types.

Con númberu de títulu

Use this option to display a heading number before a “number range” field. The heading number comes from a heading prior to the location of the field.

Hasta'l nivel

With typical use of headings in the document, the selected number will indicate how many levels of heading number (starting from level 1) to display. The selected value indicates the maximum number of levels to show. The actual number may have fewer levels. For example, if the immediately prior heading number is 2.6, and 4 is selected, then only 2.6 is displayed . If [None] is selected, no heading number is displayed.

The heading number selected for display is the first prior heading whose outline level is equal to or less than the selected outline level. For example, select “2” to use the heading number of the first prior heading with outline level 1 or outline level 2.

Separador

Specify the character to use as a separator between the heading number and the field number.

Adds the user-defined field to the Select list.

Removes the user-defined field from the select list. You can only remove fields that are not used in the current document. To remove a field that is used in the current document from the list, first delete all instances of the field in the document, and then remove it from the list.
