DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Triba

Lists the available field types.

Triba	Significáu
Comentarios	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Creación	Inxerta'l nome del autor y la fecha o la hora en que se creó'l documentu.
Custom	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Pallabres clave	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Cabera imprentación	Inxerta'l nome del autor y la fecha o la hora en que s'imprimió'l documentu por cabera vegada.
Modificáu	Inxerta'l nome del autor y la fecha o la hora en que se guardó per últimu vegada.
Revision number	Inxerta'l númberu de la versión del documentu.
Asuntu	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Títulu	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Inxerta la cantidá de tiempu emplegáu na edición d'un documentu.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Seleición

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

Nos campos "Creáu", "Modificáu" y "Última impresión" pue incluyir l'autor, la fecha y l'hora de l'aición correspondiente.

Formatu

Si un campu amuesa una data, una hora o un númberu, pues utilizar Formatu pa personalizar l'apariencia del datu. Los formatos más habituales amuésense na ventana Formatu, y pues calcar «Formatos adicionales» pa definir unu personalizáu.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Conteníu fixu

Inxerta'l campu como conteníu estático (campu que nun se pue anovar).

Los campos fixos con conteníu fixo namái s'evalúen cuando se crea un nuevu documentu a partir d'una plantía que contenga dichu campu. Por exemplu, un campu de fecha col conteníu fixo inxerta la fecha en qu'un nuevu documentu crear a partir de la plantía.
