Tables of Contents and Index
Opens a menu to insert an index or bibliography entry, as well as inserting a tables of contents, index, and or bibliography.
Choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index
Marks the selected text as index or table of contents entry.
Inserts a bibliography reference.
Inserts an index or a table of contents at the current cursor position. To edit an index or table of contents, place the cursor in the index or table of contents, and then choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography.
