Cross-reference

Ovo je mjesto gdje ubacujete reference ili referencirana polja u trenutni dokument. Reference su referencirana polja unutar istog dokumenta ili unutar pod-dokumenata glavnog dokumenta.

Prednost upisivanja cross-reference kao polja je da vi ne morate podesiti reference manuelno svaki put kada promijenite polje. Samo obnovite polja sa F9 i reference u dokumentu su obnovljene isto.

Vrsta

Ispisuje dostupne vrste polja. Da bi dodali polje vašem dokumentu, pritisnite na vrstu polja, pritisnite na polje u Odabir spisku, i onda pritisnite Ubaci Slijedeća polja su dostupna:

Vrsta	Znacenje
Postavi referencu	Postavi cilj za referencirano polje. Pod Ime, upišite ime za referencu. Kada ubacujete referencu, ime će se onda prikazati kad identifikacija u kutiji spiska Izbor. U HTML dokumentu, referencirana polja upisana na ovaj nacin ce biti ignorisana. Za cilj u HTML dokumentima, vi trebate da ubaci referencu.
Ubaci referencu	Ubacuje referencu na drugu poziciju u dokumentu. Odgovarajuca pozicija teksta treba biti definisana sa "Podesi referencu" prvo. Inace, ubacivanje reference odabirajuci ime polja pod Izbor nije moguce. U glavnim dokumentima, vi možete isto referencirati iz jednog pod-dokumenta. Uzmite u obzir da se ime reference neće priakazati u polju odabira i mora biti upisano "rukom". U HTML dokumentu, referencirana polja upisana na ovaj način će biti ignorisana. Za referencirana polja u HTML dokumentima, vi morate da ubacite hiperlink.
Zaglavlja	Kutija odabira prikazuje spisak svih zaglavlja u redu njihovog prikaza u dokumentu.
Numerisani paragrafi	Kutija odabira prikazuje spisak svih numerisanih poglavlja i numerisanih paragrafa u redu njihovog prikaza u dokumentu.
Zabilješke	Poslije ubacivanja oznake u dokumentu sa Ubaci - Zabilješka, upis oznaka na Reference tabu postaje korisno. Oznake se koriste za označavanje pojedinih puteva teksta u dokumentu. U tekst dokumentu, možete koristiti oznake, npr., da se prebacite sa jednog puta u dokumentu do drugoga. U HTML dokumentu, ove oznake postaju utvrđenja <A name>, koja određuju cilj hiperlinkova npr..
Fusnote	Ako vaši dokumetni sadrže fusnote, možete odabrati upis Fusnota. Referenca do fusnote vraća broj fusnote.
(Ubačeni objekti sa natpisom)	Možete postaviti reference na objekte koji ima primijenjene natpise. Npr., ubacite sliku, desnim-klikom pritisnite sliku, izaberite natpis. Sada se objekat prikazuje kao numerisana "Ilustracija" u spisku.

Reference su polja. Da izbrišete referencu, izbrišote polje. Ako podesite duži tekst kao referencu i ne želite da ponovo ga ponovo upišete poslije brisanja reference, odaberite tekst i kopirajte ga na odlagalište. Možete ga onda ponovo ubaciti kao "neformatiran tekst" na istu poziciju koristeći komandu Izmijeni - Paste special. Tekst ostaje nedohvaćen dok je referenca izbrisana.

Lists the available fields for the field type selected in the Type list. To insert a field, click the field, select a format in the "Insert reference to" list, and then click Insert.

To quickly insert a field from the list, hold down and double-click the field.

Udaberite format koji želite da koristite za odabrano referencirano polje. Slijedeči formati su dostupni:

Format	Znacenje
Strana	Ubacuje broj stranice koja sadrži referencirani cilj.
Referenca	Ubacuje kompletan referencirani tekst cilja. Za fusnote broj fusnote je ubačen.

Kao Stil Stranice	Inserts the number of the page containing the reference target using the format specified in the page style.
Broj	Inserts the number of the heading or numbered paragraph, including superior levels depending on the context. See note below this table for more information.
Numeriši (bez konteksta)	Inserts only the number of the heading or numbered paragraph.
Numeriši (puni kontekst)	Inserts the number of the heading or numbered paragraph, including all superior levels.
Chapter	Ubacuje broj stranice koja sadrži referencirani cilj.
Kategorija i broj	Inserts the category (caption type) and the number of the reference target. This option is only available when the reference target is an object with a caption.
Tekst naslova	Inserts the caption label of the reference target. This option is only available when the reference target is an object with a caption.
Numerisanje	Inserts the caption number of the reference target. This option is only available when the reference target is an object with a caption.

The "Number" format inserts the number of the heading or numbered paragraph. The superior levels are included depending on the context, as necessary.

For example, when you are in a chapter 1, subchapter 2, subpart 5, this may be numbered as 1.2.5. When you insert here a reference to text in the previous subpart "1.2.4" and you apply the "Number" format, then the reference will be shown as "4". If in this example the numbering is set to show more sublevels, the same reference will be shown as "2.4" or "1.2.4", depending on the setting. If you use the "Number (full context)" format, you will always see "1.2.4", no matter how the numbered paragraph is formatted.

Ime

Type the name of the user-defined field that you want to create. To set a target, click "Set Reference" in the Type list, type a name in this box, and then click Insert. To reference the new target, click the target name in the Selection list.

In a master document, targets that are in different sub-documents are not displayed in the Selection list. If you want to insert a reference to the target, you must type the path and the name in the Name box.

If you select text in the document, and then insert a reference, the selected text becomes the contents of the field that you insert.
