Drawing Bar

The Drawing bar contains frequently used editing tools. Click the arrow next to an icon to open a toolbar that contains additional commands.

You can view the Drawing bar also from a text document or spreadsheet. The set of visible icons can be slightly different according to the current document type.

To select an object on the current slide, click the Select tool (white arrow) on the Drawing bar, and then click the object.

एक से अधिक वस्तु को चुनने के लिए, जब आप क्लिक करते हैं तो शिफ़्ट को दबाए रखें.

To select an object that is behind another object, hold , and then click the object. To select the next underlying object in the stacking, hold , and then click again. To return the selection to the previously selected object, hold down Shift + , and then click.

चयनित वस्तु में पाठ जोड़ने के लिए, वस्तु में दोहरा क्लिक करें तथा टाइप करें या अपना पाठ भरें.

किसी चयन को हटाने के लिए, चयनित वस्तु के बाहर कहीँ भी क्लिक करें या एस्केप कुंजी को दबाएँ.

By double-clicking a tool, you can use it for multiple tasks. If you call the tool with a single-click, it reverts back to the last selection after completing the task.

जब आप वर्तमान दस्तावेज़ में माउस संकेतक खींचते हैं तब यह एक भरा हुआ आयत ड्रा करता है. जहाँ आप आयत का किनारा रखना चाहते हैं, वहाँ क्लिक करें तथा आकार के अनुसार माउस खींच लें. वर्ग ड्रा करने के लिए जब आप खींचें तो शिफ़्ट को दबाए रखें.

जब आप वर्तमान दस्तावेज़ में माउस संकेतक खींचते हैं तब यह एक भरा हुआ अंडाकार ड्रा करता है. जहाँ आप अंडाकार बनाना चाहते हैं, वहाँ क्लिक करें तथा आकार के अनुसार माउस खींच लें. वृत्त ड्रा करने के लिए जब आप खींचें तो शिफ़्ट को दबाए रखें.

जब आप वर्तमान दस्तावेज़ में माउस संकेतक क्लिक करते या खींचते हैं तब यह एक पाठ बक्सा बनाता है. दस्तावेज़ में कहीं पर भी क्लिक करें और अपने पाठ को टाइप करें या चिपकाएँ.

The Curve icon on the Drawing bar opens the Lines toolbar, where you can add lines and shapes to the current slide.

Connectors

कनेक्टर्स

Open the Connectors toolbar, where you can add connectors to objects in the current slide. A connector is a line that joins objects, and remains attached when the objects are moved. If you copy an object with a connector, the connector is also copied.

Lines and Arrows

Opens the Arrows toolbar to insert lines and arrows.

3D Objects

Opens the 3D Objects toolbar. The objects are three dimensional, with depth, illumination, and reflection. Each inserted object initially forms a 3D scene. You can press F3 to enter the scene. For these 3D objects, you can open the 3D Effects dialog to edit the properties.
