XML Form Documents (XForms)

XForms are a new type of web form that was developed by the World Wide Web Consortium. The XForm model is defined in Extensible Markup Language (XML). The model uses separate sections to describe what a form does and what a form looks like. You can view the specification for XForms at: https://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/.

एक्स-फ़ॉर्म के साथ कार्य करना

In LibreOffice, an XForms document is a special type of Writer document. The Design Mode for an XForm document has additional toolbars and panes.

After you create and save an XForms document, you can open the document, fill out the form, and submit the changes to a server.

नया एक्स-फ़ॉर्म दस्तावेज़ बनाने के लिए

1. Choose File - New - XML Form Document.

   एक्स-फ़ॉर्म डिज़ाइन विंडो एक रिक्त राइटर दस्तावेज़ में खुलता है.

2. अपना फ़ॉर्म डिज़ाइन करें.

• नियंत्रक जोड़ें, गुण ब्राउज़र में डिफ़ॉल्ट मॉडल चुनें, तता बाइंडिंग स्टेटमेंट प्रविष्ट करें.

• In the Data Navigator, add an element to the instance.

• एक्सएमएल फ़ाइल से नया इंस्टैंस लोड करें तथा सम्बद्ध एक्सएमएल अवयव या गुण पर नियंत्रक जोड़ें.

एक्स-फ़ॉर्म दस्तावेज़ खोलने के लिए

• Choose File - Open and select the XForms document. An XForm document has the same extension as a Writer text document (*.odt).

एक्स-फ़ॉर्म दस्तावेज़ संपादित करने के लिए

एक्स-फ़ॉर्म दस्तावेज़ खोलें तथा निम्न औजारपट्टी तथा विंडोज़ इस्तेमाल करें:

• Form Design toolbar

• Form Controls toolbar

• Data Navigator

• Form Navigator
