Apply and Edit Changes

Automatically formats the file according to the options that you set under Tools - AutoCorrect Options. In a dialog, you are asked to accept or reject the changes.

Accept All

Applies all of the formatting changes.

Reject All

Rejects all of the formatting changes.

Edit Changes

Opens a dialog where you can accept or reject AutoCorrect changes. You can also view the changes made by a specific author or on a specific date.
