Importing HTML Pages Into Presentations

நீங்கள் எந்தவொரு உரைக் கோப்பையும், HTML ஆவணங்களிலுள்ள உரை உட்பட, ஒரு படவில்லையினுள் இறக்குமதிசெய்ய முடியும்.

உரையைக் கோப்பிலிருந்து படவில்லையினுள் நுழைக்க:

1. In the slide where you want to insert the text, choose Insert - File.

2. "உரை" அல்லது "HTML ஆவணம்" ஐ கோப்பு வகை ஆகத் தேர்க.

3. Locate the file containing the text that you want to add, and then click Insert.

If the text file contains more text than can be inserted into a single slide, you can divide the text over several slides.

1. Double-click in the inserted text to enter edit mode.

2. Select all of the text that lies below the visible slide area and press +X.

3. Choose Slide - New Page/Slide, and then press +V.

4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 until all of the text is on slides.
