Standard Bar
The Standard bar is available in every LibreOffice application.

Opens a local or remote file, or imports one.
Saves the current document.
Saves the current document in a different location, or with a different file name or file type.
Opens a new window in your default e-mail program with the current document as an attachment. The current file format is used. If the document is new and unsaved, the format specified in LibreOffice - PreferencesTools - Options - Load/Save - General is used.
Use the Edit File icon to activate or deactivate the edit mode.
Saves the current file to Portable Document Format (PDF) version 1.4. A PDF file can be viewed and printed on any platform with the original formatting intact, provided that supporting software is installed.

Click the Print File Directly icon to print the active document with the current default print settings. These can be found in the Printer Setup dialog, which you can call with the Printer Settings menu command.

Checks the document or the current selection for spelling errors. If a grammar checking extension is installed, the dialog also checks for grammar errors.

Reverses the last command or the last entry you typed. To select the command that you want to reverse, click the arrow next to the Undo icon on the Standard bar.
Reverses the action of the last Undo command. To select the Undo step that you want to reverse, click the arrow next to the Redo icon on the Standard bar.
Opens a dialog that enables you to create and edit hyperlinks.
Inserts a table into the document. You can also click the arrow, drag to select the number of rows and columns to include in the table, and then click in the last cell.

Displays the source text of the current HTML document. This view is available when creating a new HTML document or opening an existing one.

Reduces or enlarges the screen display of LibreOffice. The current zoom factor is displayed as a percentage value on the Status bar.
LibreOffice Help
Opens the main page of the LibreOffice Help for the current application. You can scroll through the Help pages and you can search for index terms or any text.

Enables extended help tips under the mouse pointer till the next click.
Loads a document specified by an entered URL. You can type a new URL, edit an URL, or select one from the list. Displays the full path of the current document.
Enable Load URL with the Visible Buttons command (right-click the toolbar).
