Navigátor

Shows or hides the Navigator window, where you can quickly jump to different parts of your document. Navigator is also available as a deck of the Sidebar. You can also use the Navigator to insert elements from the current document or other open documents, and to organize master documents. To edit an item in the Navigator, right-click the item, and then choose a command from the context menu. If you want, you can dock the Navigator at the edge of your workspace.

Navigátor je možné otvoriť pomocou ponuky Zobraziť - Navigátor. Okno navigátora je možné presúvať ťahaním za lištu s názvom. Pretiahnutím okna Navigátora k ľavému alebo pravému okraju pracovnej plochy dôjde k jeho ukotveniu. Ukotvený Navigátor je možné uvoľniť pridržaním klávesy Ctrl a dvojitým kliknutím na neaktívnu (šedú) plochu navigátora.

Kliknite na plus (+) vedľa kategórie v Navigátore, ak chcete zobraziť položky kategórie. Počet položiek v kategórii sa zobrazí, ak nadídete kurzorom nad kategóriu a chvíľku počkáte. Na položku v dokumente prejdete pomocou dvojkliknutia na ňu v Navigátori.

Ak chcete prejsť na nasledujúcu alebo predchádzajúcu položku v dokumente, kliknite na ikonu Navigácia, čím bude otvorený panel nástrojov Navigácie, a potom v kategórii položiek kliknite na šípku dole alebo hore.

Prepnúť hlavný náhľad

Prepína medzi hlavným pohľadom a normálnym pohľadom, ak je otvorený hlavný dokument.

Navigácia

Otvorte panel nástrojov Navigácia formulárom, kde môžete ľahko prechádzať na následujúcu alebo predchádzajúcu položku v kategórii, ktorú vyberiete. Vyberte kategórii a potom kliknite na šípku "Predchádzajúca" alebo "Ďalšia".

Pre pokračovanie v hľadaní kliknite na ikonu Opakovať hľadanie v paneli nástrojov Navigácia formulárom.

Predchádzajúci

Jumps to the previous item in the document. To specify the type of item to jump to, click the Navigation icon, and then click an item category - for example, "Images".

Vložiť upomienku

Kliknite sem, ak chcete na aktuálnu pozíciu nastaviť pripomienku, môžete ich nastaviť až päť. Na pripomienku prejdete kliknutím na ikonku Navigácia a potom v okne Navigácia kliknite na ikonku Pripomienka a potom na tlačidlo Predchádzajúca alebo Ďalšia

Moves the cursor to the header, or from the header to the document text area.

Moves the cursor to the footer, or from the footer to the document text area.

Ukotvenie <-> Text

Jumps between the footnote text and the footnote anchor.

Spôsob pretiahnutia

Sets the drag and drop options for inserting items from the Navigator into a document, for example, as a hyperlink. Click this icon, and then choose the option that you want to use.

Vložiť ako hypertextový odkaz

Vytvorí hypertextový odkaz na položku, ktorú pretiahnete do aktuálneho dokumentu. Kliknite na odkaz v dokumente, ak chcete prejsť na položku, na ktorú odkaz mieri.

Vložiť ako odkaz

Vloží vybranú položku ako odkaz tam, kde ju v aktuálnom dokumente pustíte. Text je vložený ako chránená sekcia, ktorej obsah je automaticky aktualizovaný, ak sa zmení zdrojový text. Ručne sa dá text aktualizovať pomocou voľby Nástroje - Aktualizovať - Odkazy. Nie je možné vytvárať odkazy pre grafiku, OLE objekty, odkazy a registre.

Vložiť ako kópiu

Vloží kópiu vybranej položky na miesto, kam ju pretiahnete do aktuálneho dokumentu. Nie je možné takto kopírovať grafiku, OLE objekty, odkazy a registre.

Úroveň osnovy

Click this icon, and then choose the number of heading outline levels that you want to view in the Navigator window. You can also access this command by right-clicking a heading in the Navigator window.

1-10

Click 1 to only view the top level headings (chapter heading) in the Navigator window, and 10 to view all of the headings.

Kapitola hore

Moves the selected heading, and the text below the heading, up one heading position in the Navigator and in the document. To move only the selected heading and not the text associated with the heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

Kapitola dole

Moves the selected heading, and the text below the heading, down one heading position in the Navigator and in the document. To move only the selected heading and not the text associated with the heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

O úroveň vyššie

Increases the outline level of the selected heading, and the headings that occur below the heading, by one. To only increase the outline level of the selected heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

O úroveň nižšie

Decreases the outline level of the selected heading, and the headings that occur below the heading, by one. To only decrease the outline level of the selected heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

Otvorené dokumenty

Ponúka zoznam všetkých otvorených dokumentov. Ak chcete zobraziť obsah určitého dokumentu v okne Navigátore, vyberte ho v zozname. Dokument zobrazený v Navigátore je v zoznamu označený ako "aktívny".

Na položku v Navigátore môžete tiež kliknúť pravým tlačidlom, vybrať Zobrazenie a kliknúť na dokument, ktorý chcete zobraziť.
