내비게이터

Shows or hides the Navigator window, where you can quickly jump to different parts of your document. Navigator is also available as a deck of the Sidebar. You can also use the Navigator to insert elements from the current document or other open documents, and to organize master documents. To edit an item in the Navigator, right-click the item, and then choose a command from the context menu. If you want, you can dock the Navigator at the edge of your workspace.

내비게이터를 열려면 보기 - 내비게이터를 선택합니다. 내비게이터를 이동하려면 제목 표시줄을 끕니다. 내비게이터를 고정하려면 제목 표시줄을 작업 영역의 왼쪽이나 오른쪽 모서리로 끕니다. 내비게이터를 분리하려면 내비게이터의 빈 영역을 더블 클릭합니다.

해당 영역의 항목을 보려면 내비게이터에서 영역 옆의 더하기 기호(+)를 클릭합니다. 범주의 항목 수를 보려면 내비게이터의 범주 위에 마우스 포인터를 놓습니다. 문서의 항목으로 이동하려면 내비게이터에서 해당 항목을 더블 클릭합니다.

문서의 다음 항목이나 이전 항목으로 이동하려면 탐색 아이콘을 눌러 탐색 도구 모음을 열어 항목 범주를 누른 다음 위쪽 화살표나 아래쪽 화살표를 클릭합니다.

Toggle Master View

마스터 문서가 열려 있으면 마스터 보기와 기본 보기 사이를 전환합니다.

내비게이션

선택한 범주에서 다음 항목이나 이전 항목으로 빠르게 이동할 수 있는 탐색 도구 모음을 엽니다. 범주를 선택한 다음 "이전" 및 "다음" 화살표를 클릭합니다.

검색을 계속하려면 탐색 도구 모음에서 다시 검색 아이콘을 클릭합니다.

이전

Jumps to the previous item in the document. To specify the type of item to jump to, click the Navigation icon, and then click an item category - for example, "Images".

다음

Jumps to the next item in the document. To specify the type of item to jump to, click the Navigation icon, and then click an item category - for example, "Images".

쪽 번호

Type the number of the page number that you want to jump to, and then press Enter.

목록 상자

Shows or hides the Navigator list.

내용 보기 전환

Switches between the display of all categories in the Navigator and the selected category.

센티넬 설정

현재 커서 위치에서 미리 알림을 설정하려면 여기를 클릭합니다. 미리 알림은 5개까지 정의할 수 있습니다. 미리 알림으로 이동하려면 탐색 아이콘을 클릭하고 탐색 창에서 미리 알림 아이콘을 누른 다음 이전 또는 다음 버튼을 클릭합니다.

Moves the cursor to the header, or from the header to the document text area.

Jumps between the footnote text and the footnote anchor.

드래그 모드

Sets the drag and drop options for inserting items from the Navigator into a document, for example, as a hyperlink. Click this icon, and then choose the option that you want to use.

하이퍼링크로 삽입

항목을 현재 문서로 끌어다 놓으면 하이퍼링크를 만듭니다. 하이퍼링크에서 가리키는 항목으로 이동하려면 문서에서 하이퍼링크를 클릭합니다.

연결로 삽입

선택한 항목을 현재 문서에서 끌어다 놓을 수 있는 링크로 삽입합니다. 텍스트는 보호되는 구역으로 삽입됩니다. 원본이 변경되면 링크 내용이 자동으로 업데이트됩니다. 문서에서 수동으로 링크를 업데이트하려면 도구 - 업데이트 - 링크를 선택합니다. 그림, OLE 개체, 참조 및 색인에 대해서는 링크를 만들 수 없습니다.

복사로 삽입

현재 문서에서 끌어다 놓을 수 있는 선택한 항목의 복사본을 삽입합니다. 그림, OLE 개체, 참조 및 색인의 복사본은 끌어다 놓을 수 없습니다.

개요 수준

Click this icon, and then choose the number of heading outline levels that you want to view in the Navigator window. You can also access this command by right-clicking a heading in the Navigator window.

1-10

Click 1 to only view the top level headings (chapter heading) in the Navigator window, and 10 to view all of the headings.

장 승격

Moves the selected heading, and the text below the heading, up one heading position in the Navigator and in the document. To move only the selected heading and not the text associated with the heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

장 낮추기

Moves the selected heading, and the text below the heading, down one heading position in the Navigator and in the document. To move only the selected heading and not the text associated with the heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

수준 높이기

Increases the outline level of the selected heading, and the headings that occur below the heading, by one. To only increase the outline level of the selected heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

수준 낮추기

Decreases the outline level of the selected heading, and the headings that occur below the heading, by one. To only decrease the outline level of the selected heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

로드된 문서

모든 열려 있는 텍스트 문서의 이름을 나열합니다. 내비게이터 창에서 문서 내용을 표시하려면 목록에서 문서 이름을 선택합니다. 내비게이터에서 표시하는 현재 문서는 목록의 이름 뒤에 "활성 중"이라는 단어로 표시됩니다.

내비게이터에서 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 항목을 클릭하고 표시를 선택한 다음 표시할 문서를 클릭합니다.
