ナビゲーター

Shows or hides the Navigator window, where you can quickly jump to different parts of your document. Navigator is also available as a deck of the Sidebar. You can also use the Navigator to insert elements from the current document or other open documents, and to organize master documents. To edit an item in the Navigator, right-click the item, and then choose a command from the context menu. If you want, you can dock the Navigator at the edge of your workspace.

ナビゲーターを画面に表示させるには、表示 → ナビゲーター を選択します。ナビゲーターを移動させるには、タイトルバーをドラッグします。ナビゲーターをドッキングさせるには、タイトルバーをドラッグしてワークスペースの右ないし左端に移動させます。ナビゲーターのドッキングを解除するには、Ctrlキーを押しながらナビゲーターのグレーのエリアをダブルクリックします。

ナビゲーター上でカテゴリー名の隣にあるプラス記号 (+) をクリックすると、各カテゴリーに属するすべての項目が表示されます。マウスポインターをカテゴリー名に重ねると、カテゴリー内の項目数が表示されます。ナビゲーター上で項目をダブルクリックすると、ドキュメント上の対応する位置にジャンプします。

ドキュメント上の同種類の項目で 1 つ前または次の項目にジャンプするには、ナビゲーション アイコンをクリックしてナビゲーションツールバーを開き、項目のカテゴリを選択してから、上または下矢印をクリックします。

Toggle Master View

マスタードキュメントが開かれている状況で、マスターモードと通常モードを切り替えます。

ナビゲーション

ナビゲーション ツールバーを開きます。このツールバーを使用すると、選択したカテゴリの前後の項目にすばやくジャンプできます。ジャンプするには、対象とするカテゴリを選択してから、「前の…」または「次の…」矢印をクリックします。

検索を繰り返すには、ナビゲーション ツールバーの 再検索 アイコンをクリックします。

前の…

Jumps to the previous item in the document. To specify the type of item to jump to, click the Navigation icon, and then click an item category - for example, "Images".

次の…

Jumps to the next item in the document. To specify the type of item to jump to, click the Navigation icon, and then click an item category - for example, "Images".

ページ番号

Type the number of the page number that you want to jump to, and then press Enter.

リストボックス　オン/オフ

Shows or hides the Navigator list.

コンテンツビュー

Switches between the display of all categories in the Navigator and the selected category.

覚え止めを設定

現在のカーソル位置に、覚え止めを付けます。覚え止めは 5 つまで設定できます。設定した覚え止めの位置にジャンプするには、ナビゲーション アイコンをクリックし、表示される ナビゲーション ウィンドウ上で覚え止めアイコンをクリックしてから、前の… または次の…ボタンをクリックします。

ヘッダー

Moves the cursor to the header, or from the header to the document text area.

フッター

Moves the cursor to the footer, or from the footer to the document text area.

アンカー <-> テキスト

Jumps between the footnote text and the footnote anchor.

ドラッグモード

Sets the drag and drop options for inserting items from the Navigator into a document, for example, as a hyperlink. Click this icon, and then choose the option that you want to use.

ハイパーリンクとして挿入

ナビゲータ上の選択項目をドキュメントにドラッグ＆ドロップしたときに、選択項目へのハイパーリンクを挿入させます。ドキュメントに挿入されたハイパーリンクをクリックすると、リンク先へジャンプします。

リンクとして挿入

ナビゲータ上の選択項目をドキュメントにドラッグ＆ドロップしたときに、選択項目へのリンクを挿入させます。テキストは、保護されたセクションとして挿入されます。リンクの内容は、リンク元の変更時に自動更新されます。ドキュメント内のリンクを手動で更新するには、ツール → 更新 →リンク を選択します。選択項目が、図、OLE オブジェクト、参照、目次と索引である場合、リンクの作成はできません。

コピーとして挿入

ナビゲータ上の選択項目をドキュメントにドラッグ＆ドロップしたときに、選択項目のコピーを挿入させます。選択項目が、図、OLE オブジェクト、参照、目次と索引である場合、コピーの作成はできません。

表示する見出しレベル

Click this icon, and then choose the number of heading outline levels that you want to view in the Navigator window. You can also access this command by right-clicking a heading in the Navigator window.

1-10

Click 1 to only view the top level headings (chapter heading) in the Navigator window, and 10 to view all of the headings.

章を格上げする

Moves the selected heading, and the text below the heading, up one heading position in the Navigator and in the document. To move only the selected heading and not the text associated with the heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

章を格下げする

Moves the selected heading, and the text below the heading, down one heading position in the Navigator and in the document. To move only the selected heading and not the text associated with the heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

レベルを格上げする

Increases the outline level of the selected heading, and the headings that occur below the heading, by one. To only increase the outline level of the selected heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

レベルを格下げする

Decreases the outline level of the selected heading, and the headings that occur below the heading, by one. To only decrease the outline level of the selected heading, hold down Ctrl, and then click this icon.

読み込まれたドキュメント

現在開かれているすべての文書ドキュメント名を一覧表示します。リスト中のドキュメント名を選択すると、該当ドキュメントの内容がナビゲーターウィンドウに表示されます。ナビゲーターに現在表示されているドキュメントについては、リストの名前の後に「アクティブ」と表示されます。

あるいは、ナビゲーターで項目を右クリックして、表示 を選択し、表示するドキュメントをクリックします。
