Fine-Tuning the Word Completion for Text Documents

If you like it that LibreOffice automatically completes the words that you frequently use, you can make further adjustments to refine that behavior. If you want, you can also save the current list of collected words so that it can be used in the next session.

To fine-tune the word completion choose Tools – AutoCorrect Options - Word Completion and select any of the following options:

To Insert an Additional Space Character

Select Append space.

To Define the Accept Key

Choose the key to accept the suggested word using the Accept with list box.

To Select the Minimum Number of Characters

Use the Min. word length box to set the minimum number of characters a word must have to be collected into the list.

To Select the Scope of Collected Words

Disable the option When closing a document, remove the words collected from it from the list.

अब सूची अन्य दस्तावेज़ों के लिए भी वैध होगी जिन्हें आप खोलते हैं. जब आप अंतिम LibreOffice दस्तावेज़ बन्द करते हैं, शब्द सूची मिट जाती है.

यदि आप चेकबक्से को नहीं चुनते हैं, सूची तब तक ही वैध रहेगी जब तक कि वर्तमान दस्तावेज़ खुला है.

यदि आप चाहते हैं कि आपकी शब्द सूची LibreOffice सत्र के बाद भी मौजूद रहे, इसे दस्तावेज़ के रूप में सहेजें जैसा कि निम्न खण्ड में दर्शाया गया है.

To Use the Word List for Further Sessions

वह शब्द सूची इस्तेमाल करें जो हमेशा ही तकनीकी शब्दों के पारिभाषित सेट के साथ शब्द पूर्णता विशेषता के लिए प्रारंभ हो.

1. उस पाठ दस्तावेज़ को खोलें जिसमें वे शब्द हैं जिनका इस्तेमाल आप शब्द पूर्णता के लिए करना चाहते हैं.

   शब्द पूर्ण करने वाली विशेषता शब्दों का संग्रह करती है.

2. सूची में से सभी या कुछ शब्दों को चुनें.

3. Use +C to copy all selected words into the clipboard. Paste the clipboard into a new document and save it to get a reference list of collected words.

   बाद में आप संदर्भ सूची खोल सकते हैं तथा शब्दों को स्वचालित संग्रह कर सकते हैं, जिससे शब्द पूर्णता विशेषता को पारिभाषित शब्दों के साथ प्रारंभ हो सके.
