Adding a Command Button to a Document

चेकबॉक्स, बटन, डाटा रेकॉर्ड दिखाती तालिकाएँ तथा दस्तावेज़ के अन्य नियंत्रक को जोड़ने के लिए आप फ़ॉर्म नियंत्रक औजारपट्टी का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं.

दस्तावेज़ में बटन जोड़ने के लिए

1. Choose View - Toolbars - Form Controls.

2. On the Form Controls toolbar, click the Push Button icon.

   माउस संकेतक धन-चिह्न जैसा बदल जाएगा.

3. दस्तावेज़ में बटन बनाने के लिए माउस संकेतक को खींचें

4. Right-click the button and choose Control.

5. बटन के गुणों को निर्धारित करें.

6. To change the button label, click the General tab, and edit the text in the Label box.

7. To attach a macro to the button, click the Events tab, and click the ... button beside the button action that you want to run the macro. In the Assign Macro dialog, locate the macro that you want to use, and then click OK.

8. Close the Properties dialog.

9. (वैकल्पिक) बटन से सम्बन्धित फ़ॉर्म के गुणों को निर्धारित करें

10. Right-click the button and choose Form.

11. The Form Properties dialog opens.

12. फ़ॉर्म के लिए गुणों को निर्धारित करता है तथा संवाद को बन्द करता है.
