འབྲི་ཤོག་ཡིག་གུ་ཅིག་གསར་བསྐྲུན་འབད་ནིའི་དོན་ལས་ ཁྱོད་ལུ་ཁ་བྱང་གནད་སྡུད་ཀྱི་དོན་ལུ་ས་སྒོ་ཚུ་ཡོད་མི་ཚིག་ཡིག་གི་ཡིག་ཆ་ཅིག་དང་ ཁ་བྱང་གནད་སྡུད་གཞི་རྟེན་ཅིག་དགོ དེ་ལས་ཁ་བྱང་གནད་སྡུད་དང་ ཚིག་ཡིག་གི་ཡིག་ཆ་འདི་ ཡང་ཅིན་ཡིག་གུ་ཚུ་དཔར་བསྐྲུན་འབད་ནི་དང་ ཡང་ན་དེ་ཚུ་གློག་འཕྲིན་གྱི་ཐོག་ལས་གཏང་ནིའི་དོན་ལས་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་མཉམ་མཐུད་ཡང་ན་མཉམ་བསྡོམས་འབད།

ཡིག་འཕྲིན་མཉམ་བསྡོམས་འབད་ནི་ཝི་ཛརདི་ འདི་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལུ་ འབྲི་ཤོག་ཡིག་གུ་ཚུ་གསར་བསྐྲུན་འབད་ནི་ལུ་གྲོགས་རམ་འབདཝ་ཨིན།

འབྲི་ཤོག་ཡིག་གུ་ཅིག་གསར་བསྐྲུན་འབད་ནིའི་དོན་ལས།

1. ལག་ཆས་ཚུ་ - ཡིག་འཕྲིན་མཉམ་བསྡོམས་འབ་དནི་ཝི་ཛརཌི་གདམ་ཁ་རྐྱབས།

   ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཡིག་འཕྲིན་མཉམ་བསྡོབས་འབད་ཡོད་པའི་ཝི་ཛརཌི་ཌའི་ལོག་འདི་བལྟ། འོག་གི་འདི་ ཝི་ཛརཌི་གི་ཤོག་ལེབ་འདི་ཚུ་འགྲུལ་བསྐྱོད་འབད་ནི་གི་ སྲིད་པའི་ཐབས་ལམ་ལེ་ཤ་ཅིག་ལས་ གཅིག་གི་དཔེར་བརྗོད་ཨིན་:

2. ཊེམ་པེལེཊི་ཅིག་ལས་འགོབཙུགས་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད་ དེ་ལས་ བརྡ་འཚོལ་ཨེབ་རྟ་འདི་ཨེབ་གཏང་།

   You see the New dialog.

3. Select Business Correspondence in the left list, and then "Modern" business letter in the right list. Click OK to close the Templates dialog, and click Next in the wizard.

4. Select Letter and click Next.

5. On the next step of the wizard, click the Select Address List button to check that you are using the correct address list. If you want to use an address block, select an address block type, match the data fields if necessary, and click Next.

6. ལེགས་སྨོན་ཅིག་གསར་བསྐྲུན་འབད་ནིའི་ རིམ་པ་འདི་གིས་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲངམ་ཨིན། རང་དོན་བཟོ་ཡོད་པའི་ལེགས་སྨོན་བཙུགས་ སྒྲོམ་སེལ་འཐུ་མ་འབད། ཡོངས་ཁྱབ་ལེགས་སྨོན་གྱི་འོག་ལུ་ ཡིག་གུ་ཚུ་ཆ་མཉམ་གྱི་མགོ་ལུ་དགོ་ནི་ཨིན་མི་ ལེགས་སྨོན་འདི་སེལ་འཐུ་འབད།

7. If you want to place mail merge fields anywhere else in the document select the corresponding column in your address data source and then drag and drop the column header into the document where you would like the field to be. Be sure to select the entire column.

8. Click Next and finally Finish to create the mail merge.
