Opens a dialog that enables you to create and edit hyperlinks.

Click the འགྲུལ་བསྐྱོདཔ་ ཨཱོན་/ཨཱོཕ འགྲུལ་བསྐྱོདཔ་དེ་ སྦ་བཞག་ནི་དང་ སྟོན་ནིའི་དོན་ལུ་.
