Cerca amb un filtre de formulari

1. Obriu un document de formulari que contingui els camps de la base de dades.

   As an example, open an empty text document and press + Shift + F4 keys. Open the bibliography database table biblio in the data source view. While pressing Shift+, drag a few column headers into the document so that the form fields are created.

2. On the Form Controls toolbar, click the Design Mode On/Off icon to turn off the design mode.

3. On the Form Navigation toolbar, click the Form-Based Filters icon. The current document is displayed with its form controls as an empty edit mask. The Form Filter toolbar appears.

4. Introduïu les condicions del filtre en un o diversos camps. Tingueu en compte que si introduïu condicions de filtre en diferents camps, totes les condicions introduïdes han de coincidir (booleà AND).

Si feu clic a la icona Aplica filtres basats en un formulari a la barra d'eines Filtre de formulari, el filtre s'aplicarà. Veureu la barra d'eines Navegació de formularis i podreu navegar a través dels registres trobats.

Si feu clic al botó Tanca a la barra d'eines Filtre de formulari, el formulari es mostra sense filtre.

Click the Apply Filter icon on the Form Navigation toolbar to change to the filtered view.

The filter that has been set can be removed by clicking Reset Filter/Sort icon.
